"We're aware some customers may be encountering difficulties with some of our services right now," CommBank said in an update on its website at about 10am.
“We’re aware some customers are experiencing difficulties accessing some of our services and we are urgently investigating,” the bank said in a statement shared on its social media accounts.
“We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We’ll provide an update soon.”
